Froothie Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: We strive to get your Froothie to you as quickly as possible! Most orders within the US are shipped within 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days after order confirmation. International orders may take longer depending on location.
    • Shipping Cost: Standard shipping within the US is free for orders over $50. For orders below $50, a flat rate of $7.99 applies. International shipping rates vary depending on location and will be displayed at checkout.
    • Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Track your package and estimated delivery date directly through the provided link.

Returns & Refunds:

    • Satisfaction Guaranteed: We want you to absolutely love your Froothie! If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

    • Return Process:

        1. Contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
        1. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Please securely repack the Froothie in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
        1. Ship the returned product back to us within 7 days of receiving the return label.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
